Eggplant Recipe thanks to lifescript I am looking to find some new recipes with different ingredients. My sister loves eggplant parmesan so I thought this might be a fun one to try. I would love it if you try it to leave me a note telling us all what you think! Also if you have a special ingredient you would like to see let me know.
