Hi it has been a really long time since my last post!  I am going to try to get on and add some nice links more often.  Here is one to get a free cookbook from Novo Nordisk.  I try all of the sites I add here to make sure it is legit and not just a scam for surveys.  It is a quick questionaire and then you get to pick you gift.  It too me about 3 minutes tops.  I hope you enjoy.
